Does Dawsons sled sound like chit just trying to rev limit it?

It does sound that way. Was battling it for a few days but was actually wastegate actuator.

Full ported 900 with 9r crank and flywheel as well for the others asking. Factory boost turbo system.

The guide's comment is hilariously hypocritical.... He's probably the foreigner!!!

And who owns CMH.... Right, another bunch of hypocrites ( with deep pockets... that influence the BC bureaucrats that make policy on land use agreements)

The whole land use issue is so corrupt it’s disgusting.... one would think Trudeau is personally involved!

Yup, i thought that dickhead guide deserved a punch to the head with the Alberta Comment, especially when he riding around with fuel from there, I am pretty sure cmh would not approve of how he dealt with that, and worse is you know he got in the heli and the skiers were all on his side, when they were totally off base, Good on that crew for staying level headed, that clip should be shared to cmh for sure! BC Boy..love Alberta

Yep.
The cat skiing operations are almost all local owned/operated, have reasonable tenures and work with sledders. I can respect that.
The heli-ski guys however can go phuck themselves! Foreign owned, often foreign employees, act like they have exclusive use of their massive tenures and are actively lobbying to privatize the backcountry. ch!t like that just makes my blood boil.

You must a pretty shitty guide to worry about where sledders are when you’re in a f$&king helicopter.
The Heli ski industry is basically a freight business. The closer and quicker you.can move your freight to its destination the more profitable it is! Yes these guys could fly anywhere but the further they travel the higher the freight bill! Muskoka and his crew are real class acts for the smooth way they responded!

I dont think the heli skiers are going to care too much. Theyd be happy to see no sleds back there im sure.

They argue with sledders all the time...

I don't get all the hate for Alberta. It's the kindest province I've ever lived in besides northern, northern bc. People will do anything for you most of the time. BC is basically racist against Alberta. Lol. Disgusting behavior by that guide.

you realize you just did exactly what that guide did right, we are all canadians and its easy when your pissed to generalize in a negative shitty way, which is inexcusable by that guide and also your statement which is just as dumb. Unless your woke, then your statement makes perfect sense. ha ha

I agree he handled it very well. I would have gave him a shot right between the lookers cause that is ignorant to say. Like he said at the end sledders put alot of money into all towns that they go to.We were on frisby last year and there was a large helicopter parked right across the trail just past the lookout. Some guys had said kind of a dumb place to land that thing so a few minutes later he took off and was an ass. He buzzed a large group on the lookout not much more than 5 to 8 feet above their heads. Was some angry people on the lookout over that.
