Is that the guy that had a sled trailer for a mobile shop when he first started out. If it is, I have heard great things about this new guy in revy.

Maybe Matt should take hiss Doo to him and get the mechanical blunders fixed and get that bolt removed from the belly pan and re-installed where it should be. You honestly think the dealer would dig it out, that would cost them $$.

Well if ya ever walk in that place they defiantly have attitude. BRP likes those kind of guys it seems. Now they shut down on line ordering of parts so they can force you into their shitty dealerships. Luckily for me my dealer is eight hors away and delivers to me. The rest of em could take a lesson from him.

I can't for the life of me figure out brps business strategy. Squeeze out mom and pop dealerships that actually care about their customers for these mega dealers that don't seem to give a fawk about their customers. I'd love to see more smaller dealerships. It's amazing HOW bad the employees are at alot of the big places. It's like they don't even talk to you like your a human

Sad state we are facing….
The automotive industry has been heading this direction for years …
The mega dealers must show that they make better profit margin… the manufacturers don’t like small dealers potentially giving discounts on anything…

I think automotive is even worse. I stopped in the Cranbrook Toyota dealership to have a quick look at a grand Highlander to see if it would be big enough for our family. You should see the avatar of a human being they unleashed on me. They seriously talk to you like your not human....or at the very least a mentally retarded one. Maybe I give off retard vibes??
