Confirmed... 3 clutches said goodbye yesterday in the freerider group. Seems worse than 2019-21 with the Cats.

i wonder if one of the aftermarket companies will jump on this train wreck, design and build a billet clutch.

Yes there is the Powerblock, can it handle that much power?

Wahl Brothers sells racing clutches. They have a race P85. It looks the same but it has splines like the P22 design but probably more robust. Also adjustable engadgement.

Comet looks decent and has many parts available but not sure if they hold up to the power?

There are also billet clutches on the market but they are expensive and who knows what is available to clutch them.

There is also a Chinese company building a P85 knock off. Who knows maybe Polaris buys from them? They are priced well but quality??

Here is picture of the knock off for the 850 Patriot:

I wouldn’t touch a Chinese clutch with a 10 ft pole
HAHA, we might already have them. I understand that "by choice", none of us would want it. Your gears and chains are Chinese. Are you going to "NOT" ride? I know of a very well known aftermarket accessory manufacturer that has all their machined parts built in China. I bet you would be shocked to know who it is. I won't say because they have decent stuff.

Worst thing is polaris/doo is on yhe hook for parts for 2 years after that they can yell ya where to go, so is the cost to the company more to fix the problem or to weather out the storm?
