That might explain why I never had any plug issues on my 9R I guess as I carry a slip tank of 50/50 av and shell premium.. I run that in all my sleds from the grandkids 550’s up to the 850 turbo..
Doubt that will help keep the clutch under the 9R hood though🤪

AV Gas is dyed to indicate it's grade, no different really than how premium is dyed when it's sold tax free. The colour for 100LL is blue.

I wonder how many guys that refuse to run dyed premium "because the dye is bad for my engine" happily run AV Gas?

Lots of different race gas or high octane fuels that are clear, I’m guessing it’s a 97-100octane race fuel, maybe an unleaded version possibly. Can’t see it being straight e85, guys are usually trying to stay away from ethanol in 2 strokes and 85% ethanol isn’t exactly the ticket

Ya who knows. Ive been running fuel with ethanol in 2strokes for years.

Yeah AFD and VP both have clear fuels.
