I only got to ride mine for 4 days last year, due to breaking my hand and then working all winter... I'm excited to get out this year and get some hours on it. I know it ran great for the 4 days I did ride, if only I had done the same.....

When I bought it, we put the Fire/Ice vents on, I never had any bogging issues no matter how bad I tried to bury it. You can definitely hear it breathing though.

Mine ran flawlessly last year as for it get enough air. Had the fire and ice vents installed. Only issue I had was the engine failure after 350 miles. See how it works this year more oil and some other tweeking.

I forgot the video doesn't go over installation of the larger injectors or doing the Bullydog download. If you buy a used kit hopefully the PO put the download back in the Bullydog or it will be locked. The file is specific to each sled/ecu. You have to get it from MTNTK.

My pro mtntk ran well ...really hear the turbo with the fire and ice console intake vent kit... Picked up dalton clutch weights from Chris yesterday as the pro is no pinging off the rev limiter... 68 g weights are a bit light goin up to 70 g then tune from there and also go the big boost waste gate spring ran good at 7 psi can't wait to run up at 10 psi will run straight av gas there tho....rode Valemount which is getting prety pounded out.... These pro 163 tracks sure are not the greatest either....needs a three inch...

My mtntk turbo has been flawless, this will be my third season on it an I average 8 pds boost all the time with 25% av gas. I only had it det on me cuz my fuel filter was plugged and that was my fault for not changing it sooner. It isnt the big dawg turbo that some of the others deliver but it isnt that far behind. I have had some seat time on other brands and none compare when it comes to crispness on the bottom end which is the most important factor to me. I have not put as many kms on as some but i do not see why this kit cant be a hi mile turbo if you keep up on replacing the crappy polaris pistons before the skirt breaks. Just throwing my 2 cents out there and just for the record I have let many strangers throw a leg over my sled to try it out because it just works that good. It helps to have good support and Chrico is the man at Parkland Motorsports. I would like to hear turbotechs response as to why it didnt work cuz it is a bulletproof system that really cant fail unless you are that guy that has to mess with s&!t and cause grief, I dont know him and am making no implications but I find this intriging.

Wondering if i could enlist some help from some of you engine experts with turbos. I am running a mtntk turbo on a 15 pro rmk. When I first installed it seemed to work fine got about 3-400km on it before it seized up one piston on the trail up from the frisbee ridge cabin. I kind of thought maybe it was time for a top end anyway and bought the mtntk durability kit with the plate and longer pistons. After install I then got about 150-200km on it and it seized up again climbing a small hill under load. Both times were not full throttle and same piston and hole. I was not looking at the gauges when it happened so I don't know what the air/fuel ratio was at the time. Running about 6-7lbs boost. When I took it apart I didn't find any cracked boots or lines or anything like that. Running 50/50 av/premium. Any advice/help would be appreciated before i just throw more money at it. I will post some pics below
