I’ve had some good snow up sugar bowl.
Thats good snow? We got better snow at 4000' 15 mins from my doorstep, and i dont have to smash rocks to get to it, riding mountains in alberta just isnt worth it, time, effort, damage all for good views and terrible to mediocre snow, unless up around kakwa area, thats some nice riding if your from up around that area//uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20201028/4d3d37d0df15dcbc8338d0b9283e2bb1.jpg

Where is that?
Alberta will never have what BC has
haha I want to say so many things...
I hate that someone thinks this is a BC vs AB debate like all other ****ing threads. This is exactly why Canada is ****ed. We should be 7 countries...
Some guys go ****ing years on here without sayin' ****all and when you mention how ****ty the gov't is, how poor the service is, how crazy the prices are in a certain province, these SJW come out of the woodwork with dumb cocky unfounded claims... I don't get why people get so butthurt...
you don't own BC lol hongcouver does... or did you forget how the election went?
Maybe guys don't want to drive that far? maybe they're looking for some pow around home? maybe ^^^ is a dumb ****? my 3 year old doesn't need BC chow....
So back to the point... wheres the riding in AB
West coast, bye Felicia...
I have so many friends in BC that are embarrassed to share a province with guys like you... We're Canadian remember?
Wow wow. Thinking west coast is talking about the snow conditions! Pretty obvious the snow isn’t the same! Don’t know the guy but the pics he post are wicked!
It’s ok to vent though! I get ya. Be cool to being shot back to riding conditions and sled mods vs politics or banter!
You trying to get me locked up skeg??
Grew up in Alberta on a farm. Reality is the good snow does stop at the continental divide. To pretend otherwise is to deny reality.
There is no need for a thread as it does not exist. I lived in Alberta and tried my best to make it exist but it don’t. Mountain riding needs a solid min six ft snowpack. Where in Alberta does this occur consistently? If you get a big storm thens its avalanche alley. Two days later the wind blows it to Saskatchewan.Thread is about Mountain Riding in Alberta, so why talk/compare to BC? No added value to the purpose of the thread, or you just get off flipping yours on the table?
West Castle, South Castle and Carbondale are areas you can ride your dirt bike or quad all winterYou prolly crossed into BC on your journey Aaron. Lol. You are very close where you guys ride. However from a person that rides Revy and Sicamous all the time you can have West Castle and Carbondale all to your self lol.
Been there 5-6 times over the years. Have yet to see the same snow as Revy or Sicamous in a poor snow year.West Castle, South Castle and Carbondale are areas you can ride your dirt bike or quad all winter
Lived there for a long time Never seen Revy kind of snow there. One every seven years or so get a big dump and a few days later it blows away. Last time I went ride with friend there a side by side passed us on the trail. Never waste my time going there again.Been there 5-6 times over the years.
