Its going to be a good weekend to curl up infront of the TV watching movies!
Unless you ride!
Bought our familys tickets 2 weeks ago for cheep. Saving up the pennies for alot of gear.
Wifey will be booking her training course, probably through T'n'T, but we will see who's offering what.
Have to get new helmets for both of us, some other gear like gloves and glasses. Maybe some new rain gear too.
Really interested in a variety of comm systems, and hearing protection.
I also hope to score a new back tire.

I'm hoping to get to it. The boy has hockey both Saturday and Sunday but we may ship him off with some of the other parents/relatives.

Check out the Alberta safety council.

That acctually looks like a great place. They have a whole street scape there. Prices are okay, and it is closer to home.
Thanks for the suggestion!

Curious - is the bike show in Edmonton more like the sled show, where vendors bring some of last years good to get rid for cheap?? Been going to the bike show in Calgary for years, but it is more displays than anything. You can buy a few random odds and ends, but some of the bigger gear manufactures that are there (alpinstars, Icon, etc...) have a display up to show all there new gear and they have prices listed, but nothing is for sale...

unfortunately No, they are not the same. Sled show has more of "last years" stock and gear for blow out prices. bike show might have 5-6 booths with old gear for sale. Most times its leather shops and big dealers selling helmets and stuff. All other gear and aftermarket booths IMO is selling the newest an greatest at full pop. Bike show has always been a cheaper show for me but the amount of dealers with the new bikes is great. More dealers show up then snow show. Harley, Honda, Kawi, Yami, ect. Definitely bigger at bike show then sled show and you will save more mula.
