I found out my gf was prego the day before my 17th bday! she was already 4 months pregers. My son is 13 already. only good thing is when he's 18 I'll still be young enough to go places and have alot of fun with him.

Dating? There's your first problem. Just because they aren't dating doesn't mean they aren't having sex.......You'd be shocked at what goes on in junior high and the crap a lot of girls buy into.....And going to the gym doesn't mean ch!t, fear is useless against a horny teenager.

if i do my job right, she will respect myself and my wife enough to make the right call.. I aint that old. I know what goes on, my daughter is 4, i have a good 7-8 yrs.

Every year it's getting worse. The ch!t in high school is worse then when I went. I know because some of my friends (obviously not me ) still date the odd highschool girl. They are young and naive.

And yea, i'm 21 I don't want no kids for a LONG time....

I've only had two dads try to kill me. But the bad thing was they talked to each other, and it made it 1000x worse once they found out the full story and my age

Yes we hear all sorts of stories and some of them are unbelievable. I dont want to say too much but I can pretty much deal with anything now but lets just say the sperm donor likes to raise his hands.

The biggest problem IMO isn't that, it's lack of education on it and the guys pressure. I mean how many guys 14-18 really give 2 craps about birth control? I know a girl with 2 kids with the same guy, both times he told her something stupid about how she couldn't get pregnant. Didn't learn the first time.....after the lie and him not supporting the first one.

I can honestly say the only reason it didn't happen to me is pure luck.

I hate to say it but girls are gullable! As a father that is one thing I have tried to tell them many times. Keep my fingers crossed they listen for once

Yep, but a lot of it is out of your control. The education is really important though. Won't know everything that happens, a few drinks and bad decisions can cause a lot of things....

Ya I don't know exactly what it's like not having kids. But having a niece and nephew has changed my view on it quite a bit.

Mine doesn't even know what boys are yet. Thank god. I am horrified for the day I have to worry about "boys" and "the talk"... But like Matt said, you do your job as a parent and hope you do it well, the rest is in their hands. A sprinkle of psycho mommy and scary dad with outrageous playoff beard cant hurt though can it?

But honestly, I would fugg someones chit up if need be. I might be small, but I'm wily and spry. Teenage boys are clumsy and Quasi-retarded, I'm pretty sure I could take one out!! Lol :d

As for age gap, I am totally screwed. Lol Kevy and I started dating when he had just turned 29 and I was 19. In fairness to me, I thought he was like 25, after I found out he was 29, it was too late - I was already in love. You all should have seen Terry's face a year later when he found out we were celebrating Kevy's 30th!! Hahahaha
