LISTEN to those around you that are more experienced
WATCH what others do and learn from what they do (or should have done)
ALWAYS go out with more than one machine
NEVER leave your mechanic brother in law at home
Always follow your guide (even when your GPS says he's wrong, better to rub it in over beers later!)
Always Always Always let your friends go first
Then let your wife go so your friends can cover her in mud towing her out!
