ya i wondered if he was the moose whisperer or if being in a park somehow the ranger and the moose had a trust of some kind in the past... maybe he was one of these hand raised rescued things

I probably woulda have done the same waited till he tired out then cut almost anything free and it will take off the the opposite direction.....and kudos to the good anchoring job on the swing set surprised there isn't a moose wondering the bush with a swing set on his head
