Should I put superglides over the Nudo or is it overkill?

should I spray foam under the floor? Who does it?

looks like the season is pooched, going to take some time and get this thing set up right.

Superglides no.
Any gouges can be fixed with p-tex.

Spray foam yes.
C&G in Edmonton.
Or do it yourself with a few froth packs.

Roof is insulated with 1/4" tin foil/bubble wrap and sheeted with 1/4", just need to trim it once wiring and stuff is complete.

I installed a roof vent enclosure and now I'm looking to get the furnace installed. Lights and a few other things to come. still pondering the inverter/converter/charger/battery situation....

if you've got ideas or things you wanted to try, lets hear it.

I went to this cause I am running 3 batteries in parallel so the furnace can run all night/day without being plugged in. Smart relay isolates the one battery which keeps the breakaway and lights powered if the furnace batteries dip below 12v.

If you put batteries in parallel do not mix and match, make sure all three are the same.

No sure how important an inverter is.... Maybe for an air compressor? Or some corded tools? Small tig welder?

my furnace blower is 110V but low amp and watt so a small 750W will be more than enough.

Whish NOCO did you go with?

6V or 12V? My 6 2x 6V setup lasts forever in the camper.

Where does a guy put 2-3 batteries? its own cabinet? lots weight to bounce....

another idea I was told is have the trailer wiring charge the batteries when on the fly...

I cut out a square in the floor and built a recessed battery box that hangs between the crossmembers. I put two 6v deep cycles in there and have tons of battery life. Was thinking of doing another one and running 4 6v deep cycles for when I add heat.

I like this idea. My roof looks like this currently. So I could add the bubble wrap and then 1/4 plywood

Thanks

coming together slowly. I got some new shelves and hangers installed. Furnace is mounted and needs plumbing/wiring. Still needs lights and a few more creature comforts but its getting there!

a skilled friend made them. TIG welded 3/4" round bar on 1/8" checker plate. 1/2" round bar on the front hangers.

Tanks are mounted, gas is plumbed and she’s pumping heat! I need to solidify a 120 source for the blower but it runs on shore power for now.
