Thinking about heading to Medicine Lake tomorrow.. Haven't been there yet, what's the riding like? I'm bringing a novice rider (wife). Thoughts?

bring wet pants haha , we were there last weekend and the frost is down below the skeg about 1.5 feet, but thawing quickly, will be muddy on the trails for sure

Don't do it....we were there last weekend, not a lot of frost left, and the holes are deep. If you do go, make sure you pack lots of water, and you both have new winches.

It`s great riding out there..........BUT ,be carefull if it`s just the two of you !!! Some holes are bottomless almost,if you have a large group it helps,if you go make sure you have supplies ,gps and GOOD winchs & Straps...........
