Never had a problem with them or Riverside.. all depends where i'm at when i need something (home or work). They didn't have my shop manual for my sled in stock, but they called me as soon as it came in. (3-5 business days usually)

Martin has always treated me very, very well. For parts, I always go to the West End, even though I live way east of Sherwood park. Every time I go to the South Side - i am always told the parts are in the West End.

Martin in the west end always has the parts I need in stock. Most dealers don't have a huge supply of S-chassis parts on hand. The guys at the counter seem to know a thing or two as well.

both are great to deal with. even if you live closer to the southside one call ahead the parts from the west end location will be there the same day or next morning.

Parts and accessories all good...they'll deal a bit BUT when dealing on my 2010 Summit 154 they let my business go to Ecko Marine over 300 bucks.

more like you let yourself slip to ecko marine now you have to make the drive out there. doesnt take long to eat up 300$ worth of fuel and time. even on the initial purchase 300$ aint worth the time. i guess i shouldnt assume you live close to martin motorsports. maybe you live closer to ecko marine. now you dont get your 10% off either when going into martins from a new sled purchase. whats convenience worth?

We are between Wabamun and Edmonton all the time...not too far to make it out of the way...I'd rather have bought it at southside Martin but the salesperson I was hooked up with was a little to "take it or leave it" for me.

personally I have never had good results from Martin eq. they were consistantly and substantially more expensive ($500-$1000 on each unit) when trying to sell me sleds/atv's (I buy from Riverside) they have lost 2 of my parts orders on different occasions and one time I ask for bulk synthetic oil, got home and it was mineral oil, and wouldn't take back the oil, even though it was in brand spank'n new jerry cans..

They clearly make a lot of profit, they've already got what.. 4 or 5 dealerships now and looking for more..?

Was leaving for the mountain s Dec 27 and the Dess switch on our 670X suddenly decide to crap out....a dealer needs to program, they said, bring it in drop it off should only take a week.....

When I took them the other four sleds were loaded and we were ready to leave, they squeezed us in and we were on our way in 45 min...and 85.00 later... Was real happy with that....

Thier accesory gal is also top draw....

but have never gotten allong with thier sales staff

I have delt with the westend Martin for parts and service work. I found them to be excellent to deal with! Mark in parts really knows his chit and Vaughn in service has saved me $$$ tons of times! South side not so much...If you bitch about price you should take a look at the hobby you chose...nothing about snowmobiling is cheap! $55 for a jug of oil...that says it all! Gotta pay to play!

awesome! .. let me know when you need some parts, encyclopedias, or anything for that matter!

I for one, don't mind haggling the price down a bit or trying to save a few bucks.. I think if I paid sticker for everything I bought since day one, the sum would be quite staggering, and I have tried a few times with Martin, but with no success..
