Yea i hope it starts doing something!! Heading up for a week and every weather report is different!! Might have to go on a Ceaser binge! Anyway the grooming is in great shape if thats any consolation!! And who knows that may change if it gets as warm as they say it's going to get!!
Went for a ride up Renshaw and did a quick loop from Cabin and out Ant Hills!!! There has been a dump!!! Suprized us actually! About 4-10inches in the flats with the nooks and crannies giving up 10-14inches, mainly the trees and tree line!! Scattered sun and cloud made for an excellent day! Snow was still crisp, actually cooler in the alpine than in the valley. A bit of wind had slightly set up some of the more open areas. But on a whole with whats been happening in the hills lately it was good!!! Higgins.
Well depends what ya do for work. Lol. I was sledding in this for 2 weeks getting paid!!A bad Caesar binge in Mcbride is still better than a good day at work.
And the Ceasers have been flowing fast and furious!!! I'm getting heartburn and i've only been here a day!!!LOL!
Rode Renshaw today, the trail was in good shape going in, Dirt in the parking lot to the collection shack then a bit icy to the first bridge then its good from there. Went to the cabin to see the drying racks. Look great. Then headed to the ladder, only a few inches of new snow on the main areas. Looks like good riding is in the trees. From the ladder we headed to Blackwater, there was a bit more snow there, deeper in the hilly areas. Then we went into the anthills, just past the avy chute the snow was untouched from there, over a foot of snow to play in. Played in this area all day, ended up putting on 94 km today. Was with Dean, he just picked up a 15 doo 163 xm, he had smiles on his face all day. Me, not as much, my T3 said BAD KEY on the cluster and for some reason and stupid me did not bring my spare, called the dealer and this is not common at all. So Barry lent me his 09 XP for the day. Lots of snow in areas you just have to look for it. Had a great day, see the following pics, video's to follow.

Your welcome for the fresh snow I hope it's being enjoyed. You see it's because of me that it snowed. I simply drive to the mountains, ride on hard pack for three days and then ( this is the important part ) leave. I think it might be due to the small low pressure area behind my tailgate as I drive towards alberta that causes the phenomenon and actually draws in the snow clouds as I'm leaving which almost always results in snow fall by the time I get home or within 24 hours. Coincidence you say? Nope I know it's me ( my truck actually ) because if I go back the other way it pushes the snow away from the mountains and it's back to square one. It's simple science really.... Lol.
