why?? the polaris belt always seems to blow cords out the side , haven't been getting horrible belt life but not the greatest, and isn't the cat belt like 80 bucks vs 200? where can you order one of these from

Me and a bud switched to the cat belt an its at least equal to the poo belt. It is a hair longer so just make sure you set you deflection right. Best part about being a little longer it effectively gears the sled down a hair. Buy em at a cat shop or internet. Ebay has them for about $69.

I ran the 048 belt this passed weekend and there was lots of WOT with all the fresh snow and there was no pulled cords. I checked it periodically thru the day and i found that it didnt get as hot. I think it is a good switch!!

We use a mag side torque stop that clamps to the front frame crossmember and sits against the motor. It stops the mag side motor mounts from moving so much and has really saved belts. Our 2014 HO turbo has had one on all season and is still on the original belt.
