You never heard this from me but i live just south of you and have noticed tons of piles of rocks along 627 where they did all the road construction. I'm sure they wouldn't miss a few, they are the exact size you are after and they are using them to place around the culvurts. I thought about grabbing a few for a waterfall i'm about to construct. I pay taxes to the county of parkland so theoretically it's not stealing
