I agree with jeff.My 700 has 3000km on it and other than regular maintenance and self inflicted damage it has been a real good machine. Most km have been outwest and most of the hours have been in the yard with the snow blade on.
Funny I have a 2011 Prowler XTZ 1000 with 1600 Kms and I have yet to have an issue. I love it and have no complaints at all. I use it in the mud, trail riding, hunting, sand dunes, and hauling wood. You must have had bad luck and got a lemon. I have other family members also with the 700 Prowlers and they have no complaints either.

What are laws regarding width of machines on trails etc. I though someone had mentioned BC may be starting to impose some new regs.

Do a search on Alberta Trail Net, they have suggested (not laws) , trail designs for all types or multi use trails. If a group is looking for Gov Funds, they likley will have to build to these specks. As was the Old Peace River Trail North of Athabasca all the way to East of Smith AB, 60 +- kms. Your machine has to fit between the gate posts. The attached PIX is the GATE on the South end of the New(Old) Peace River Trail that starts just North of Sawdy, AB.
