Re: looing for an inclosed trailer

Firefly the email i sent was to an email address that was a link off of legends website just asking for a reply back as to a dealer in southern alberta

In my experience a lot of companies don't reply to emails that are from a link on their websites. Maybe emails are sent to a general account and no one in the company checks them.
What really irks me though is when you want more info on a product on a website or maybe some trial software and they ask for all your personal information including complete address and phone numbers. I won't buy anything from companies that set their websites up like that. Couldn't trust them.

Actually Legend is excellent with their Find A Dealer through their website. I respond to 2 a day at a minumum. In Polarice's case, I have to eat a little Crow because I did receive one from Legend on Monday, February 14th but it slipped through the cracks on my end! My apologies again!!! Sucks to be human sometimes :(

Re: looing for an inclosed trailer

i got a speedy reply from firefly, very close decision between what you sent me and the royal FF, the poly floor and the window option thrown in for free was the deciding factor

Now that I've screwed up on Polarice, I have to redeem myself here! How's $7,600.00 + GST for a 7 X 17 All Aluminum Flat Top V-Nose with: Rear Ramp Door; 2 X 3500lb Torsion Axles; 24" Stone Guard; 30" Radius Style RV Man Door with flush lock and lighted grab handle; 2 -12 Volt Interior Lights with Wall Switch; 14 X 14 Roof Vent; 4 X Aluminum Wheels; Spare Tire included; Rear Stainless Steel Cam Bars. Legend's warranty is 5 year Frame and Axles, 25 year Roof and Floor. It will look identical to the one in the attached photos.

Nah same guy all along and I don't plan on letting go.
I would recommend a Mirage!I love mine,no problems!!That Dale guy might have to let it go!No one likes to get screwed but sometimes a business gets a bad manager or someone in charge who screws up and then they leave and the proper changes are made and no more problems!Happens everywhere!
