Currently running a 154, 2 1/4" track, thinking about stretching it out to a 163 2 1/2" track, or maybe just upgrade the 154 to a 2 1/2" ? Pros or cons to the 163 compared to the 154?

Going up a 1/4" won't make any difference, going to a 163 will but I would change out the whole skid. Depending where you mostly ride, a camo extreme is a great improvement.

I'm not a fan of rail extensions, and that is why I would change out the skid.

Oh ok yeah I was planning on ordering a whole new set of 163 ice age rails, and leaving the suspension stock, for now

3" is a waste of time. Go with the 163 2.5. Best bang for your buck. Too much fun. I've age rails and your golden. There is no cons to a 163. It just works awesome. The 154 leaves a guy pretty pissed off on the deep days and after all that's what we want lol

I thought about just opposite, change mine 163 to 153, I am not a strong guy and can't steer 163.
We may swap skids and tracks one day.
Though I am not sure about tunnels, swap tunnels could be a time consuming job.
