long island lake

I'm heading out with some friends to long island and wondering where a good place to drop off quads and start riding from is. Could some one give me direction from campsite, where to go and unload north south east or west.

go North on highway 44, 15 min. past westlock there will be a TEMPO gas station, turn right, then quickly left onto a secondary highway. go for about 10 min until you see signs saying long island lake, then turn right. the road turns to gravel, follow it down until it splits into a Y and take the left, shortly after there is a staging area on the left.

I think the horse riders have that trail blocked off but if you go past the campsite turn off at the y stay right go a mile or so and there is a sign that says sandhills road, go left follow the road and the county made some camp stalls back in there.Lots of room to unload.
