Lmm EGR delete

Couple hours if you have never done one. Less if you have efilive and don't have to install a finger stick.
Pretty much just follow the directions I posted earlier.

Egr block plate. We don't have problem with EGR coolers blowing like the ford trucks. EFI and turn of the codes, and disable the egr from engaging. Then while your at it get a DSP5 switch and some good tunes. I have my own EFI Live and tunes my own truck. Left my EGR cooler in and haven't had a single issue.

Still if the cooler is hooked up and blocked off, could still leak, yes not like the ford's..


And don't forget to program in a turbo vane exhaust brake

I had J&R auto in lloydminster do the EGR delete and I'm not sure if it effects fuel but with that and straight piped I'm down to 13.3 L/100km. I am so happy with this 2010 duramax.

what are you running for tuning? i can get roughly a 1l/100 better on my lbz

I'm running 265/70/17 duratracs. I'm down to 12.9L/100 now averaging 110-115kmh
