took the airbox out took the throttle bodies off and checked the reeds the throttle bodies throttle plates and reeds were all "coked" up so cleaned it put it all back together ran perfectly soo far waiting to take it for a ride this upcoming weekend see how it goes praying for the best
Good to here,if you haven't cleaned your exhaust valves this year you should.They can get water in the covers and rust the springs and they will break.Here are the TPS values if you still want to have checked.
Baseline Setting-0.70+/- 0.01 vdc
Idle Setting.930+/- .01 volts

There are a couple of very good threads on this issue over on Snowest forum. Shows how to build a tester and how to use it.

Also check out You Tube there is a good video showing how to do this. Just search out TPS adjustment on snowmobile or polaris. Forget which one I did. Also there are lots of links on internet on how to build the tool for about $18 from radio shack.
