07'swith the 800R (the ones that didn't blow up) are supposed to have about a dozen more horsepower and the riding position is relaxed a bit from the '04.

yea, weren't the older ones running about 144hp or something, and...the 07 seats look a lot better.

My Apex was a 2006 model year, with an Alpine front mount turbo ( 2871 Garrett ) lightweight battery, lightweight hood, Fox floats, lightweight PIAA headlight kit, Mountain mod seat, GYTR valve springs.. etc.

WOW, nice ride, do you still have that sled, or did you sell it to some lucky guy!!? Be sure to post pics of your nytro when the mods are done, im sure that will end up very nice for sure!
