Nice! Looks like new.
My suggestions:
Swap your spindles and skis off an 08 dragon. Really helps on the trail. Mine felt really heavy in the corners.
Get some running board inserts. I put sno-eliminators on mine. The stock boards will fill with snow.
You can use a gas cap (with the mechanical gauge) from a dragon. I don't trust the digital gauge. It would drop really fast. I thought it was pig on fuel at first but I can ride just as far as anyone of the 800s in my group.
If you are laying the sled on it's side in deep snow, think about welding the vent in place instead of those little metal clips. I found my vent inside the panel a couple of times before I welded it with a soldering iron.

Allready got the snow eliminators and will weld the vent in place as well as add some if I get some time,Those are some great suggestions thx,the one thing im trying to figure out is the clutch weights,It has a full SLP pipe can and Air flo intake, reeds, and it is clutched for ft Mac area,any suggestions on the weights I should start with for the mountains(First trip Mcbride)

I'll have a look at mine this week. I can't remember what weights I'm running. I am running the stock black and green spring in the primary. I put a new one in a couple of weeks ago.
Mine was almost 1/4" shorter than what it's supposed to be. I'm looking forward to seeing what the sled feels like this year.

The how too thread looks good but when they started charging for access I decided just to return to the best site around and get my answers from right here at home.Dont think it will take to much to figure out what weights will work best,just dont want to bu8y a bunch Im not going to use!
