Most people dont understand how attack angle plays a factor in sledding. Heres what were gonna do. Measure from the center of your spindles to the end of your track. Give the measurement state your sled and track length. Lets see your findings. Measure straight back not at an angle.

shallow attack angle = no fun. straight up climbs only. heavy on the skis, skis stay planted. good for those into climbing i guess

How do you figure more track in the snow isnt fun? Why are they making 174s?

ive always inspired to ride with a group like yours. sit and poke at dangerous hills all day. sit in the cabin when its socked in because you dont know how to ride anything else.

Did you pull this out of your ( ! )?

For this to have any meaning, shouldn't you also have driver to ground distance, and spindals to driver distance.
I like having a good attack angle. Also set my skids up to have 1-2 feet of ski lift while climbing. Prefer to rely on power and track speed to lift the front end out of the snow instead of an ****ty attack angle.

If your skis are 1-2 feet out of the snow you missed the boat.

ya well for us stock guys we gotta rely on a chitty attack angle LOL
