Sledding Season Can't Come Soon Enough....

There are picture on another thread somewhere that I posted in early 2014 when I bought my sled and made vented bag. Also a few pics of cooker brace I made for XM Muffpot.
Moderator powers should find that in no time!

Neilsledder did a neat job on the slot and venting in his bag. Just need a couple holes through the bottom of bag and through clutch cover for drafting with the same mesh in place.

If you want to drop off your sled on Friday Dec 4, that works for me. Of coarse I will be field testing the bag so most of your sled should be ready for pickup by Sunday night.
You have collision on your XM?????

I've heard of guys removing the glove box above the headlight and drilling thousands of small holes in it so the heat an come and and through it. Not sure how effective it is but the concept is good

Im thinking of using the nifty stiff Klim goggle bag and mounting to my clutch cover. Then cutting holes like the guy said.

image.jpg Used snochuks method of grabbing from clutch with Swiss cheese bracket. Brp vents seal up clutch access holes so should be no dust issues. Thanks for the great ideas guys!! If this don't work nothin will.

I tried the cat bag. Didn't work great. I tried the belt cover where the tool kit goes. Never worked. The only that has worked perfectly is ditching the motocross helmet and gloves and going with the brp helmet with the flip down mask and dual visor. Might not look as cool as a motocross helmet but google issues are a thing of the past.

You will be amazed at how fast the goggles dry out, foam included!

Here are the pictures of the brace I made for the muff pot that I was talking about. Not as fast of a cooker as the Thing but waaaay more in my price range! Kinda free! Brace is 3/16 X 1" alum flat bar bent in a vice to fit as needed.
Two SS pop rivets on the top and two into the bottom mandrel brace - not into the can itself.
When cooking rotate muff pot once after 15 min and cooks very well.
Sits pretty flat so no leaking goup into sled.

I know I know....off topic! lol

Well thanks everyone for their input...

To me it looks like assaultn's idear is the most logical.

I tried to fins a spot for the Poo pouch to work, it almost seemed to fit above the clutch area, but the zipper was not right.

I'm gonna try the 2 holes and the vent in the clutch guard, with either the door bag or the Cat bag..\

I will report back.
