Left hand sag

I noticed last year that my sled ( 08 m1000 nightfire) sags to the left. Its quite noticeable when you stand back and look at it. I pressured up the left shock to 70 and the right one to 65, still sags. I stripped all the plastics off the sled to get a good to see if the frame is twisted, no twist that i can see. New a-arms so thats not it. The only thing i can think of is because i took the stock suitcase out and put an mbrp can and now the right side is lighter..... Also buddy of mine has an 09 m8 that also sags to the left and he has the same can as i do. Then i started looking at alot of pictures online and noticed that alot of other sleds have the same sag to the left. Anyone else notice or experience this.... or have any other ideas?

I run up to 20psi more on the left shock on my 07 M1000 Timbersled front end with SLP exhaust. It's quite a bit heavier on that side with the stock can gone.

My 11 m8 sags to the left as well, also have an mbrp can in place of stock suitcase. Thought maybe it was twisted as well but shes all good, kinda glad to hear im not alone, puts my brain at ease

It's an arctic cat thing. My brothers 2010 M8 and my old slow9 M8 did the same. You'll also notice after a while the left side spindle will eventually start bending straight up and down Instead of tilting back. My friend's M8 and M1000 were the same.

my 07 m8 sags to the left.....also glad to see i'm not alone....i have to run my left shock (coil over) cranked quite a bit more than the right

Upper A-arm bushings are shot.

My 07 M8 with aftermarket can has same issue,cranked up coilover to compensate

I fought the same battle this fall with my 09 M8 sp. the shocks leaked down in the off season and I don't know what the pressures used to be. The pressure must be checked with the ski off the ground! I ended up with a 10-20 psi higher pressure in the left side. Not convinced that the clutches are that heavy but it now feels and rides level.

I agree with everyone else just put 10-20 psi more in the left and see how it rides.
