Led mount

Hey hoping someone can help me out. There was a guy at the sled show who had a pretty sweet LED handlebar mount that i'm pretty sure he was making himself. He had a small booth not far from the strict booth. I think he was from north of edmonton. Had some cooker cans on his table as well. Sorry for being so vag ! But if anyone has some ideas let me know thanks
