anyone know where i could get a tunnel bent for my kids project sled….Its not going to take much have the template drawn out……I asked a couple sled tunnels builders and they don't seem to have time…..heres a few pictures

Where are you. Saw the build on Snowest. Was going to ask if you wanted to sell it!!

I know a fee tin bashers here in Edmonton, but that is about it.


We never said it was easy, just that it looked cool.

Any good metal fab shop with a brake should be able to flange that up? some charge per hour, some per bend....More details on the build? looks cool!!

Could you not use an existing tunnel and just cut it up to suit? If not I would talk to Arctic Fozzy on here, he's a machine shop owner/fabricator and will probably know someone who can do it if he can't.

It's 14 ish wide so wouldn't work to use a regular tunnel.

maybe. I was thinking 162 but 174 might work. 125 cc 174 and the monster chute this spring for my 7 year old girl. Lol


yeah I had a damaged 162 cap from my apex to wide...How wide is that one. I tried to get chad to make a 14" wide tunnel cap. But he's a busy fella

What's the measurements l and w ?. Maybe cut it and rivet a plate on top. That might work. What you want for it? That's what I wanted was a cr extension ... Minnie of my sleds.

Beat me to it. Firecats ran a 13.5" chainsaw blade, Might work well!

Phazer has a 14" wide tunnel. The MTX was only a 144" though.

I have a tunnel from a 99 powder special that I can't seem to sell. I would donate to anyone that wants it. It is 15 wide by 136. I already did the hard work and separated from the bulkhead.

I think I'm going to try a cr tunnel extension.....just massage it to fit.....like everything else on this project....lol. More work then building my own...thanks for the info and offers though
