From my research CN Rail is the only publicly traded company involved.... and I don't think you can do wrong with CNR stock at any time, but if this works values could increase exponentially.

Like I said; Billy doesn't usually get into something that isn't a sure thing.

I would be surprised if another company steps up to try their hand at finishing it, new permits would need to be issued to that new company. How much of that pipe was removed?

I thought the same till I read the article, and I thought TC Energy still owned the line. I wonder what it ment in the article when it mention's, it was dug up.

I had read somewhere that the Keystone XL was dead in the water. All that pipe that was ready to go sat out in the elements and rusted and wouldn't be suitable for the project anymore. Maybe someone knows more and can elaborate.

They coated the stock piled pipe with uv protection. But it eventually got used up for numerous other TC projects

Trudeau will block it. It's a non starter until we get a new federal government.

It'll be the only issue that he can "stick it to Trump" on and he's going to kick that political football as many times as he can.
