Heavily treed area, not much big alpine at all. Great snow bike area. Lots of logging roads to follow

The resort sold to a cat ski op. There is no longer any accommodation for sledders.

Heavily treed, lots of creeks, and the area is reportedly frequented by Aliens, drunks, and Wizards....proceed with caution!

Blue plate is right, the only way we are not able to ride in cat an heli spots if it is a exclusive tenure and the don't have it. There is only one that I know of that has it an they run on private land. All they can do is ask us to respect the terrain while they are in operations. Cat operations I got more respect for than heli.
As for the riding there, there is good stuff there tree an alpine just you need to know where it is and get to it.
