Looks like Kakwa might be my next trip!

We will be out next weekend. The weather is shaping up to be great again. The weather station appears to be down currently but I’d take a stab at saying it’s getting reloaded. Temp and relative humidity were doing all the right things. Here’s hoping.

I might try a midweek trip, days off start tue but busy that day.

A good app is , meteoblue, shows current and one week ahead weather and precip on mt Ruth. Works well .

No pics but I talked to a buddy that rode on Saturday. Snow was great and temps were too. This week is shaping up for the weekend.

Haven't heard from some that are suppose to come up riding, so maybe heading there Friday and going to Core Sat,.. or Core Fri, Kakwa Sat, or Core Fri/Sat, or Kakwa Fri/Sat,.. It's only Monday but I wanna ride.

Rode through the the pillows and out surprise pass Saturday, 1.5-2ft of wet powder only our group of 3 most of the way through. Fricken awesome riding over 300 km in the 2 days riding.

With the wind coming over Cecillia,.. we didn't bother. Last time that happened we were up top and had the weather come through and it was a ****ty deal. If we go up depends on the wind down low.
