Prorogation needs to be removed as an option going forward. Harpur should not have been allowed to do it nor should Trudeau. The repercussions this time round are considerably greater with the orange troll at the gates.
The government should govern and in such cases as a leader stepping down or dying, the party should have an alternate / deputy take over and attempt to maintain confidence otherwise parliament should be dissolved and an election called.
The ability to have government effectively sidelined while libs get their ch!t together (per PP) is reprehensible.
The GG should have refused to grant the request (GG role should be abolished too).

I heard a funny idea that would be interesting if it worked. Trudeau thought Liberal party membership should be free. Feel free to log on and vote for whoever you think will lose the election the best.
I have friends that joined the provincial NDP to do just that. Didn’t work though and had to pay $10

Good question though. Who is going to be the best choice to lose the election the worst? I think Freeland

Getting back to the proposed capital gains legislation apparently the CRA is still telling you to treat it like it was passed. If it is passed no foul. If it isn’t passed they have said they will issue you a “tax credit” to reimburse you. The tax lawyer commented be very careful if you choose to ignore them and to get legal advice before you do. That’s the clarification supposedly on this issue

Donald says he'll cut our taxes by 60% when he takes over.

I'd much rather keep the 60% of my tax dollars and decide on my own medical coverage cause the system we have now sucks. Thank goodness I never use it.

It used to be pretty good 20 years ago when I crashed my dirt bike a few times, Id be scared to take a bail these days.

End up getting MAID or something lol

I always remember when my brother got shoulder surgery. They made him put an x with a black felt on the side they were not working on. Just in case they can’t read the chart that says left shoulder. lol.

I think for bones and crashes were OK. 😄
If one was sick with something out of the ordinary. That would be horrible with today’s medical care.
