The only Canadians getting any stability out this whole fiasco are Singh and andthe Liberal MPs that are nearing their pension dates

The end is near. Trudeau exempting GST on some items at liquor, toy and grocery stores for a two month period starting the middle of December. This is supposed to cost approx $1.6 billion to taxpayers. Then he is going to give over 18 million people in Canada that make $150,000 or less a $250 cheque in an obvious buy vote strategy. That’s $4.5e9 whatever the fack that means? What a piece of shiiiiiiiiiiiiittttttt! He’s down to desperate moves and wants to bury Canada before he leaves.

Imagine the hassle for every store to reprogram systems to not charge GST on a few things. For two months. And it takes liberal logic to understand why it’s dropped on those things. Most food already has no GST but still full ding on fuel, utilities, phone and internet. Still GST on hard liquor but not on beer lol.
All for the low price of $6B in borrowed money added to the debt!

Added to the debt yet again and delayed BOC rate cut ...most recipients/ taxpayers will pay for this shitty and blatant vote buying attempt by that pos for years to come.

One shopper they interviewed said might be nice if he did the GST thing earlier as by the time it kicks in most peeps will have their Xmas shopping done. Video games and toys would especially be hit by that. He just doesn’t get it.

If the clowns at Canada Post are still on strike people will be doing a lot more in person shopping this year. If that's the case I could see people waiting until the 15th... Then they will be in for a shock as its only going to save them $5 for every 100 they spend...

either way bunch nonsense that's going to go over the heads of most dummies
