after reading all the threads on here. these are my conclusions. facts based on people who ride the hills all winter and put these sleds through there paces on fair tests. so my appoligies for misleading anyone with skidoo banter. ive come to realize i was completely wrong.

first of all i would like to say that a 174 nytro with 400hp is the best all around mountain sled one could own.

next i beleive very strongly that polaris have come along ways with its track design and i feel it is the best one on the market and it will outpull the comarative sled with a 2.5" camoplast extreme. i feel that track is not nearly as good as the series 5.

and finally i think that the new M8 will be the sled to buy this season. look at all the changes..i mean...its so perty! there must be some extra deepp snow performance hidden in all those changes they did. cant wait! everyone and their ddog will have an m1100T with a chip and there going to have no problems getting that sled around its like its not even a 4 stroke!.

OH and skidoo.....i dont know......why cant you do anything right. we ride western deep snow...lets make some changes geared towards deep snow riding....mmmk?

thanks..

the godlike one has spoken, let the masses hear no truer words. these words are now written in stone or as far as the internet will take them. ;)

So are these opinions or facts? never quite sure what to believe when the master of the steep and deep speaks.

I just heard Ford might be suing BRP for patent infringment! I guess the early version of the Ford Model T's from about 1904-1908, used to have a greaseable bearing on their crankshaft, back when motors where still steam driven. BRP just began using this method of lubrication a few years ago for their ski doo motors and has been marketing it as their newest technology!

LOL. well played good sir

but perhaps the ford version had a grease nipple? we have no such use for that on a skidoo.
