i think so too it well ride different then the m for sure,looks like they got the cut out running broads like the new pro.
I think it will be different like the Pro is different than the IQ but I am just wondering if he thinks it will be as rider forward as the XP which is too far forward for me.

I dont think it'll be even close to as rider forward as the doo. I think it'll be alot more compaable to the pro as far as rider forward positioning.

i hope it's not that forward like a xp, but don't get me wrong the xp is a great sled but i just can't get the hang of it i ride my buddys xp all da time and it's like i am starting all over again, i just can't wait to try the new cat.

Exactly im thinking it will ride closer to the Pro, but its deffinitely rider forward Just not as much so as the XP.

Cat has done a great job with the rumor mill and getting us all interested/anxious to see the 2012, I'll laugh my ass off if it hasn't changed and we got all amped up for nothing:d I'll be excited to try one out but my 11 will be just fine for the next 2 years until the new platform proves itself, not to mention I'm just getting back into the sport so I'll take the proving period for the 12 to get used to these new sleds and get some actual riding skill/confidence prior to jumpin on the bandwagon. As for the look, I like the xp's and pro's missile/rocket ship look so the new cat is right back in there for my likings

My thoughts exactly, it's just not for me, it seems that the guys that like them, love them but if everyone switched to that rider position I would have to quit riding. I liked the M I love my Pro excited to see the new cat, not that I will be buying a new one again for a few years but it's exciting none the less

stuffing the 4 stroke turbo in there does not look it will fit.

This sled came from the helmet cam of one of the guys I was in West Yellowstone with riding on Sat. and Sun. This sled was hidden in the trees right off the trail to Cabin. There was one guy walking down the trail and then we saw this sled up in the trees. We slowed to see if the guy walking needed help and saw the sled and turned around to go look at it. The guy that had been walking came up to where the Cat was parked with what looked to be a 2012 Summit and almost hit the guy in the picture wearing the Motorfist gear. Those two guys would not talk with us, but left quickly.
When we got into the top of Cabin we had two guys on 2012 Pro RMKs stop us looking for the rest of their riding group. We didn't have enough time to get our cameras out but one was a 800 163 that was black white and red, and the 600 must've been a 155 and it was white and a light blue color.

I am pretty sure was, and that is a still from the helmet cam. I will have to see if I can get the movie version of it. We were kind of caught off guard when we got up to where the sled was at, we thought the guy walking the trail was the rider of the HCR, but when we got up to the sled there was another guy there. We thought we were going to have plenty of time to take pictures. We tried to talk with the cat rider to stall him, but the only thing he answered was that he had to go.
The sled with the white on the hood is the HCR. The guys on the Pros told us that they HCR had to go to the trailer for parts, but didn't elaborate. It looked like this was still a prototype sled, the dash wasn't complete and the wiring harness was visible. From the rear the hood of the sled looks very similar to that of the Pro.

Well, here is another pic....the quality isn't too good, though. This is for those that can't wait another week until the 2012's are revealed to the public. Can't wait until the cat is out of the bag!!
