Does anyone know what the avy conditions are like in renshaw with all this new snow?

You might also want to check out the areas around there too just to have a better idea of the hazards.

well guys and gals they are calling for it to turn sunny on sat ans stay that way till atleast mid next week. They are callin for up to 20cm of snow today and then another 10cm tomorow and then sunny weekend. WOW that will make one heck of an awesome weekend for rippin up the steep and DEEP!!!

Ah yah. It started snowing about 3am lastnight and hasn't stopped since.

It'll be compact with slippery sections on the road. the snow is supposed to ease up somewhat tomorow. So that should help with visibility.

Yep - getting into town a bit late and just two of us so we will likely go to Bell Friday.
There won't be any snow there, but that is life...lol....

Thanks Glen, actually just got off the phone with Hotrod and once again he had to unhook the drag to make it up the chute at Renshaw and actually spun out a bit with just the cat as he went up that steep part just before the cabin. He said he was pushing at least 2.5ft of fresh and was snowing real hard from about 19km on up. He was done the hill by 12.30am and you say it's still snowing.....WOW!

Well the reports from the guys that were up renshaw today were them saying it was absolutely sick.. They said it was hard to see because snow piling over the handle bars all day fillin up the goggles.. One group said they were the first ones up the trail this mornin and by the time they got to 4km on the trail there was easily 4+inches of fresh on the trail that was groomed the night before.
