I'd like to clarify a few things.
1. We pull all threads attacking dealers etc regardless of paid sponsors or not.
2. Every dealer etc has a customer who is unhappy about something. It was never the goal of this site to allow peeps to air their concerns, when they do we direct them to the correct management people and in most cases it's resolved.
3. We've been directly involved in a number of theses resolutions and to be completely honest, when all the facts are laid out, the peep has often mismanaged the situation.
4. We'd love to have a site that makes "everyone" happy and we tried that at one time and we can only fail. Each peep has an opinion and they are correct but for each of those there is another peep who has a different opinion, and they are correct as well. So we do what is right for this site in the opinion of the Mods and continue to have fun.

While I understand your (S&M's) stand on vendor feedback, I somewhat disagree in the need to be big brother and protect them....

Most threads that I have seen on negative vendor feedback usually have other members stating MORE positive feedback within the same thread stating how their service was great at the same dealer.....a lot of times, the original poster is deemed as being unfair, petty or short sighted and is told to man up and do what is right by his peers (other members) on this very site. Why not let things work themselves out on there own?

And those threads that stay negative about a dealer or parts outlet are usually deserving and usually brought upon by poor service that I, for one, would like to hear about so I can stay clear of that establishment.

I don't recall seeing a thread written about a vendor that along with one or two negative comments came 10 or 20 positive comments.......I understand removing some of the threads that get out of hand but all of them????

Stop removing negative vendor threads.....let them work themselves out.....when did we become such a nanny state?

If your going to delete, and be big brother for all the threads with negative feedback about a supporting vendor or even a non-supporting one then logically the same must be done to all of the threads with positive feedback to be fair then.
Personally as an adult I want to hear both.
It's no different if one of my buddies tells me a certain car dealer is terrible and how they wronged him. I decide for myself if I go solely on his word and avoid it or try it myself anyways as maybe I also heard good reviews. If all I hear is rainbows and unicorns, and someone puts a gag on those that have bad reviews, how can I make an educated fair opinion about said place????? Most of us are adults here. We can figure it out for ourselves.

TG the mods do a great job, best they can. Will everyone be happy, no. But you all give it your best to do so, except Trashy and Bunny, their just douches .

Oh, and yes the site is broken. Make sure RK reviews that when looking at this thread and remind him that even some of the mods agree!!!!!!
