Yesterday I set my phone down for a bit, and when I went to Go and play some tunes through the speaker but the volume adjusting icon was gone in both the music app and the multitasking window/bar. It still rings and such, but I can't change the volume for the speaker to play music. I plug in headphones and it plays through them just fine, but unplug them and it's back to not being able
To adjust volume. I shut te phone off a few times and it worked fine for 30 secounds then went back to not working. I've reset it aswell. I googled it and other people have had the problem, they just waited it out and it worked or cleaned the charging port at the bottom below the home
Button (it did this but it didn't help). Anyone had this happen?

I haven't.
Aren't you able to just push the volume buttons on the side?

Try restarting it hold both the sleep and home buttons till it shuts down then press the sleep button to turn it back on.

Yes, still on warranty. But I'd have to take it to an apple store right?

Yes but apparently their warranty is pretty decent. If it worked with a PC, I might have got that instead of the Galaxy S2X

They usually don't have a problem giving you a new phone. But it's a double edged sword, they hand out new ones so easy because they know they have so many issues. About to get my 3rd 4G in 6 months......If I hold it wrong, it will drop a call instantly, which in my opinion is completely unacceptable. Also the 4G has such pathetic reception it's not even funny. Nothing makes the phones ever work right.

Just today, for 5 minutes my phone just start vibrating non stop wouldn't do anything.

Apple sucks.....

Apple no doubt has the best apps and easiest to use, but by far has the most issues with things working properly. Pick your poison I guess.

If I wasn't so use to the iphone i'd throw it away for something else in a second. Unless they get a phone that actually makes calls properly, I will never buy another one.

Refurbished i'm pretty sure, ya. But they look new, no scratches or anything like that. And your warranty is still based on your original purchase.

Alright thanks. You say they're pretty good at giving out new ones? As in a simple problem like this try may just give me a new phone?
