Hi.... Im Marion.... Mare for short, AND IM A SLED ADDICT!!!!! Im NOT looking for ANY therepy for my addiction, just wanted to come clean. I am on S&M daily for hours and hours. All summer long, I complain about not having snow....and my family can confirm this. Most people think Im NUTS!!!!
I ride a modded 06 Crossfire 6, but hope to upgrade one day to a M8. :d

Hi I'm Wendy girlfriend of sledderglen. Did I mention I have a "Hemi"! I enjoy riding in the back seat on Glen's quad but I do have a nice new sled pictured in my avitar thanks to sledbunnyracing! I live and work in Calgary, enjoy camping, gardening, and sledding and have a weakness for horses. You want my attention put the word "horse" in a sentence. Did I mention I have a "hemi."! We had a sled when I was a kid but I am one of 11 so we had to share. I grew up in NS so use to enjoy jumping the snow banks, I bought a tech vest so I can try jumping later this winter when I get use to the machine. Did I mention I have a HEMI! The new sled is nothing like the old motoski, but I have a feeling when I end up pinned under it that feeling will be awful familar and I will still be just as helpless. On the bright side the mail lady won't be around and will not be able to go running home and tell my Mother! Sorry Ric no diesel, but did I mention I have a HEMI! Have a wonderful weekend everyone and come home alive.:d

Yaaaaaa Motoski, that's what I started on too. When I used to crash it (a lot) there were parts all over the place. Hood over there, seat over there. I don't miss that sled for a second.

My name is Taryn and I grew up on a farm outside a small central AB town called Bentley. Rode horses & quads mostly growin up, went sledding the odd time and now my true passion is dirtbiking, i've had 3 in my 2 seasons of riding thus far. So far just trail/dunes/track riding but maybe soon i'll get into racing. Someday when I have more time/space/money I will pick up a sled, but for now I enjoy snowboarding, hockey & ice fishing in the winter. I also drive a 4x4 pickup truck and for work I am a purchasing clerk/admin assistant for ATCO Power. Thats me in a nutshell..

Hi everyone, I'm Tanya, live in Whitecourt but moving to Rocky Mountain House this summer to be with the family and to help Darcy with Absolute Adventure. I've had a quad my whole life, but to be honest I feel pretty inexperienced when I see and read some of the stuff the snow and mudders do!

My lucky and oh so blessed to have me as a wonderful wife, is Darcy, sumx54. (see Sledpiggy, I learn fast!!)

My first love is also horses, but I have a blast on the quads too. Never really sledded, Darcy and flatlandguy tried to teach me last year, it was good for a few laughs:d:d

I work in the office for Osprey Lightweight & Machine, a custom fab shop, we have 3 kids, 2, 7 & 8, and I can't wait to get to know the honey's better!

Hi there... I am Sled Mamma... aka Richelle and I LOVE SLEDDING! My husband is a fellow sled-head, and so we ride every available opportunity. We live in Central Alberta, and watch the snow reports like serial stalkers. My poor kids are trained to hoot and holler when they see snowflakes!! When the snow disappears and we are forced to park the Yammies, we fill in the time with our Rhino and Quad and ToyHauler.

When I'm not allowed to go sledding, I fill in my time with working: photography and Respiratory Therapy, so that I can afford to buy more sled gear That's me.. that's it!

Hey Amy!! This is great!! A place just for us sled chickas!!

I'm Gillene, I'm from central B.C., and live about an hour away from some of the best sledding there is to be had....we have about 8 feet right now in the mtns, an awesome start to the season!!

Anyway, been sledding for as long as I can remember. We are a sledding family!! My hubby has a 2010 M8 162, I ride an 08 M8 153, our 13 year old son rides an 08' M6 153 and our 11 year old daughter rides a 340 (not too crazy for the mtns...yet...lol) and now we have a 27 foot enclosed to haul the toys in!!

In the summer we do lots of mtn biking but count down the days till we can head back out to the mtns on our sleds.

Enjoy sledding with good peeps and meeting new peeps. Nothing beats a good days' riding, when it's a blue blazer and the POW is deep!!

I think it is so awesome that so many are addicted like me!! Mare, most of my non sled friend think we are crazy too, talking sleds all summer long!!

I live in central AB and have loved snowmobiles my whole life!! I started on whatever my brothers weren't riding so it was a usually the 68 AC 1 cyl, it is still running and pulls all the toboggans up the hills for us in our pasture. I now ride an 800 MC. First trip to the mountains in 1991 I was addicted! My husband was a dirtbiker that I converted over and all our boys love to ride too. It is such a great family fun thing to do! We have quads and dirtbikes too.. but snow is where it is at for this girl.

Hey all...I am Jeepchic...aka Rhonda....I am a correctional nurse (Prison) in southern alberta. I have only been sledding for 2 years this is year 3...I have been a down hill ski racer, patroller and instructor all my life so love of the winter is old news...however...now that my hubby (Mattmedic) got me into sledding the skiis have been collecting dust!!!

And yes we too pray for snow all summer long and our friends and family curse us....My hubby rides a 2009 Polaris Assault, I ride a 2008 RMK 700 (both these are modded...just alittle). Our 13yr old son rides a 2000 RMK 700 also modded alittle and our 7yr old....well he loves mommies sled!!

I also quad-2009 Polaris sportsman 550, and I off road with my 2005 Jeep TJ Rubecon....LOVE my jeep.....:d
