Boy I wish I was better at life. I haven’t put 3000 kms on a sled in 3 seasons, let alone one season on a sled I just got, especially one that costs 24K. 😔

My buddy got his khaos boost end of December and is close to 1000km’s. No issues so far, has ran great. I got to ride it this weekend and all I can say is wow. Probably the most refined sled I’ve ridden to date. Might have been expensive weekend, we will see!

I just feel fortunate that this level of sled is available now straight from factory. I can’t think of a single thing I’d change.

Status update. I haven't asked in a while, but the Boost in our group must be nearing 3000km.

Still occasional "low pressure fuel" at lower fuel levels. He ran out of gas on the hill between the lake and the cabin at Eagles for the second time yesterday. :ROFLMAO:
The powder valves added to the airbox didn't do chit. Speculating now that the rubber elbow just before the turbo is collapsing and choking it out. It's pretty soft when it is warm. Have a redneck fix to try out tomorrow.
Changed out the first cvt belt last week. Looks fine, but there was a sudden weird noise coming from that area and changing the belt made it go away.
Exhaust temp sensor failed two days ago. When removed, it was physically falling apart. Fortunately none of the shrapnel went through the turbo.

He has checked a G5, but is grumbling about the 16" track.

On a side note, #3 in our group got tried of chasing an intermittent running on one cylinder on his '20 poo and bought a '22 t-doo.
Two days later, #4 parked his '20 cat and bought a '22 t-doo.
They're both loving them.

Did your redneck fix for the intake tube end up fixing the issue?

I just picked up a 24 boost, was a rep demo with 345ish k. Took it for a short ride up belle Sunday. Man that thing is fun, lots of jam for sure and feels more ‘comfortable’ up the trail then my axys. It does seem to idle high though around 2k. Is this normal for these?

So far its stock but I have a bunch of goodies to add just need to find the time to install them

Yeah mine idles around 2200 as well, and meant to talk to dealer about that to see if that’s normal. Have to head over to snowest and see what the verdict is

I texted my dealer about it as well, will follow up

I read a ‘cruise’ type ordeal on SW, sounds super sketch lol

What was the fix, if you don’t mind sharing
If I remember, he used a couple small pieces of threaded rod with nuts/washers to hold it open.
I think one those coil ‘springs’ that are in some automotive radiator hoses would be better though.
Maybe there is an aftermarket solution?

Yes I have this issue as well, it keeps rolling after I let off the throttle, I’ve read that installing a bolt on the secondary helps and also heard a reflash helps, haven’t tried either yet.

Oh man, that’s gnarly. Glad I haven’t experienced it. Maybe mine already had the reflash tho

What year is yours

2023 but I purchased it 2024 and it had the latest reflash done at that time. It doesn’t happen most of the time, but when it does it’s unexpected
