1000km on buddies boost and getting intermittent low fuel pressure when below 1/2 a tank. He has friends with the same sled and same problem. Other than that, the thing has been flawless.

Coincidentally, pretty sure the fuel pump is on its way out on my doo too.

Just had mine done under warranty on my doo 2019

Low end power on these sleds is almost funny. I did get a little dirty today . Great power on the top end a refined chassis make for a pretty cool ride . BUT the low end torque is terrible for a 850 turbocharged badass sled . Seems to me it has to be rode with a lot of speed . Downhill Alfords off boost are sure not what I expected. Probably better after the aftermarket has their way with it .

I took mine out for a 30 mile ride at farm to tinker with shock settings.
Didn't think the bottom was bad.

Real test will be in the big hills next weekend.
Not feeling dirty at all.

There was a broken down boost on Boulder today. Not sure the story behind it. Rode past it on the way out back first thing this morning.

That's the tradeoff trying to make big power out of an 850cc mill on 91 octane pump gas. Eventually something has to give, in the case of the Boost, Polaris had to drop compression via a dished piston to keep detonation at bay when making up to 9psi of boost, which makes the engine less snappy at lower rpm and lower throttle inputs.

OEM's hands are tied by the quality of the fuel, you can't really build a motor around anything more than 91 (R+M)/2 octane fuel because 94 isn't available everywhere, and often contains ethanol when it is available. This opens the door to a lot of interesting opportunities for the aftermarket, I think the N/A 850 pistons with a tune and some Avgas or C12 mixed in would be a pretty fun combination.

Totally agree , the question at hand is will it be easier for poo to add power and response on the bottom or doo to to add some juice to the top . I know where my money is 👍

Dont agree. The boost I rode shot outta the hole pretty damn fast. So much so it caught air off a small bump, unexpectedly, which resulted in a hard right, followed by a hard left over correcting, then got sorted out, and began reeling in the Doo.
Ps: Im a Doo rider, but there is no denying the boost is pretty awesome.

You know Stacy is one crazy MF. He told us he just wanted to go the cabin, ended up going all the way back. The mind needs to heal just like the body. For a guy with no lungs he did really good.
Wow! Good to hear and good for him. Can't keep a good man down

Great news that Stacy is back in the saddle! Looks like a fun trip.
How did the P Boost do against Catman 10's T Doo?
