Can anyone out there give me a rule of thumb for repacking the clutches on my Grizzlies? Each bike gets between 1500 and 2000 km per year.

I've got a sledder buddy who says they do their sleds faithfully a minimum of once a year. That sounds kind of extreme to me since I would imagine that a quad would require clutch maintenance at least twice as often because of all the dust.

Mud and water kills....dust doesn't seem to do much. I find that with snorkels, I pop the cover over every now and then to have a boo...there's nothing to clean. (of course it was one of these inspections, where a bit too much beer had been consumed in the garage, that caused me to re-install the CVT cover with the gasket folded under one corner....THEN I filled the effin thing with water and goop on the next ride....THEN I had clutches to disassemble and clean. LOL)
