only problem I have had is when I get stuck. One can not use the winch to get out because it is needed for the plow.

We have a 350 Honda and a 60" Moose Plow! Works great, even plow the local outdoor rink when the town "Can't" make it out to do it!

I've plowed with a 60" on a KingQuad 700 for two years. I do 7-10 driveways and sidewalks on my street (to help out the old folks, etc.). Saturday I broke the weld on my adjuster (cold weather and caught the plow edge on a curb). Other that that, no problems with the quad. I use low gear and no tire chains, but I have mud lights and a clutch kit on it. Get the spring stiffeners for the front if the plow didn't come with them. If the snow gets too heavy, just angle the blade and do a few extra passes. Works for me and the neighbourhood kids fight to get rides.

Thank guys for all your advice and sharing your plowing savvy :D

Anyhow... I got out today and plowed a ton of snow. VERY glad I went with the 60 inch, I had no problem what so ever. I'm very impressed with the build quality of the unit. It was a good time... way more fun than the snowblower :)... the snowblower sucks actually. It sure was dang cold though.

The Plow is a real hit around here...

I've got a 60" plow on my brute 750 and haven't had any problems yet. Have about the same amount of drive way with a loop. With the 60" it's wider than the quad so you won't have problems driving through the ridge coming off the end of the plow. Does your plow have adjustable height pads so your not digging into the gravel?

Yes I have the adjustable pads... I set them so the blade has about 3/16 " lift from the surface. Glad I did'nt go with the 48" or 54" option... like you and Xtremegriz said that you end up riding on the snow ridge you created when plowing. :)

I run a 48" plow on the front of the 450 Kodiak works great, drive way is about 350' long and it usually takes 4 passes. Never used chains in the pass maybe because my drive way is gravel....knock on wood it works!!!

A 48" will get the job done for sure... probably a better option when the snow is deep, wet and heavy. a 350' driveway is pretty long! Happy plowing :)

60" on my Bayou 400, works great. I think the chains would be harder on the driveline, now if I try to push too much, it just spins out.

250' of driveway, another 300' to horse pasture and a big area for parking all the toys.
