How do you remove skidoo motor mounts from mounting plate

Doing a motor rebuild on a 04 summit and I am trying to replace to motor mounts from the motor mount plate. I can't seem to get them out....

I have tried penetrating oil, heat, but nothing is working....

Anyone got some helpful hints?

Heat and a press. And lots of swearing.

If you need the whole plate I think I have one out of my 07 that should work.

I reccomend while you have it out order the mounting plate from the 44o race sled. Much stiffer engine mount. When I did mine my belt life doubled.

I had to use a press to get mine out. They do come but they are tough as hell!

Ok I don't have a press, don't want to get a 440 plate as I float my secondary. Any other suggestions?

Pound the chit out of it with a hammer and a big drift punch with the aluminum shouldered up to something like a vise so the mount can pop through. That would be my next option with out a press. or if you have a bottle jack, some allthread and a chunk of steel you could build your own McGiver style press and get em out...
