I've read about these and I think it might work....but I am not sure how to fasten it to the roof....maybe PL Pro glue? I don't want to put holes in the roof.....

I had one last year around our farm. It took 8 farm cats. Fireworks helped scare it off but it will come back if it knows there's a food supply. You can call wildlife federation to try and regime it as it is illegal to do anything on harming it as its protected. Ours took care of itself. Sad as its such a beautiful bird.
