I've seen a guy on a bicycle riding down dearfoot on the left lane shoulder I was tempted to call it in for his own safety.

It almost seems like their trying to get hit or something, and I don't get it we have to have reg and insurance to ride in the bush and we cant legaly cross a highway but a bicycle no insurance no reg and apparently no laws about where they ride.Pretty sure theres a trans Canada bike trail so why are they all ways on the highway.

a bicycle follows the same rules as a vehicle and they have the legal right to use an entire lane the same as a motorcycle or vehicle. Do you know where the trans Canada bike trail is? Explore the Trail: Discover the Trans Canada Trail with our interactive mapHave a look, it will answer your question..... There are better roads than others to ride on for sure and I'm sure no rider wants to be hit by a vehicle. If an oversize load cannot pass by it needs to slow down and not pass until it can do so safely...... why are the cops not dealing with these guys? they kill more people than a bicycle ever will.

I call them 2 wheeled retards not due to their chosen recreational activity, but where and when they apply it.

I was stuck behind two one time, they were riding side by side on a super narrow road up a blind hill on a highway so I couldn't go around them, they turned and even looked at me but didn't think to move over so I can get around

Run into the same thing on Springbank Road. They ride multiple wide. What is the rules on that? Should they not be in a single line?

Bicyclists tend to only follow the laws when it suits them. Either you want to be treated like a motor vehicle or you don't imo.

Must be a bit scary when being past by a super B , the wind tunnel alone would leave me asking myself why I am riding down a high way

This guy needs to know when to quit lol LiveLeak.com - Cars v Cyclist

Theres the point I was making these guys beleave they are invincible or something,I ride a full dressed wing and when it comes to my rights on the road I have none. When your dead rights don't do you much good.

Actually what happens if some one on a bike causes a collision they have no insurance so who pays the bill

Here's an idea I had: Allow bicycles ONLY on roads with a 60kph or less speed limit. Discuss.
