On demand definately the way to go, I have a Rinnai that also feeds my heatlink pannel for the garage and house slabs, no problems, fyi hooked up the heatlink system for approx 3600.00, Rinnai was about 2300.00 installed.

I have a Rinnai as well. I like the endless hot water, at first I was having issues with the amount of water wasted ( we are on a cistern and get water trucked in) then I put a re-circ pump on and this lowered the wasted water significantly. I will say this though, they are F-IN Expensive to repair!! 2 Heat exchangers in 2 years ( freezing issues before I put the re-circ pump in...long story). Ever since I put the re-circ pump in - no issues.

Bought a Aqua NG Tankless Hot Water Heater 10 L, 2.65 GPM off of E-bay paid $180.00 landed.....to use in our shop so not much demand at all.....the heater is only about 10' from the sink but it takes a while to get hot water to the sink and it sure coundnt handle much more than one sink. Not sure if it's the brand or the size....but atleast theres no more pilot light running 24/7 for the odd time we use the shop sink...
