It's probably in this post somewhere,but I have to ask. What happened to the folks that rescued the horses? Are they still in McBride and do they still have the horses???

The horses were adopted out to new homes. Belle lives on a ranch south of Prince George and Sunny on a ranch near Kamloops. You can find updated pics of the horses on my website at www.fallingstarranch.ca.

It was seven years ago today, on December 15, 2008, when Belle and Sundance were discovered high up in the Rocky Mountains.
Sadly, Sundance passed away earlier this year due to age-related health issues.
