Anyone know a place to get the best price on a Honda Generator in the Edmonton area? Looking for a 2000 inverter
Thanks for any input

Looks like they are on sale for 1299 at honda. If you lived in the states 1099. Scona cycle or Honda Extreme is what my research is showing. Your other option is to check the pawn shops.
The ones in the states don't have cold climate protection.... just sayin..
At T and T we have Yamaha Inverters... epic and awesome too. We always have someone going that way if you want a Yamaha. There is a running Joke.... what's the lonliest place in the world? A Yamaha repair shop.... as they simply run and run.. and run and run.............. and run.... and run...
I have a yamaha 2000. Runs great and very quiet.
whats your pricing like?I think you'll be happy with either choice.. as both are by far top notch companies.. I came from a Honda Dealer, and I am now with a Yamaha Dealer, so I've been exposed to both. One thing I see that is pretty cool over here in Yamaha Land is the EF2400iSHC ... giving you that little bit extra... sometimes a 2000 is simply not enough, and you need just a smidge of extra power sometimes only for start up, so having a little extra oomph gives you peace of mind especially if you're powering up a 13,500 BTU RV air conditioner.
I can vouch for the Yammy 2400i...GREAT little genny. I have had one since before I started motorhome camping (trailer days) and can vouch that it WILL run the rooftop AC. The Yams and Hondas are right on par with each other and are excellent, reliable choices.I think you'll be happy with either choice.. as both are by far top notch companies..
